Full-Day Kids Summer Programme (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM)

A fun-filled, energetic, and enriching summer workshop designed to help children build confidence, creativity, focus, teamwork, and performance skills through dance, mindfulness, movement, and self-expression.

Yoga, Meditation & Focus Training
Stretching, breathing exercises, mindfulness activities, concentration games, posture and flexibility development

10:00 AM – 10:15 AM
Snack Break Healthy snacks and hydration

10:15 AM – 11:45 AM
BollyHop & Street Dance Session
High-energy choreography, commercial dance training, freestyle confidence, grooves, teamwork and performance skills

11:45 AM – 12:45 PM
Lunch Break & Free Play
Lunch, supervised games, social interaction and recharge time

12:45 PM – 2:15 PM
Semi-Classical & Bollywood Traditional Expressions, storytelling through dance, graceful technique, musicality, cultural dance training and fusion choreography

2:15 PM – 2:45 PM
Calming Meditation & “Express Yourself” Creative Session
Guided calming meditation followed by colouring, drawing, journaling and creative self-expression activities

2:45 PM – 3:00 PM
Reflection Circle & Home Time
Positive reflections, appreciation moments, daily achievements and parent pickup
